The purpose of the project is to further develop the CfM project’s model to also include the next phases in the implementation of a modular strategy. This strategy will provide SMEs with a comprehensive solution to achieve better competitiveness through modular products and processes, thereby minimizing the CO2 footprint. This is unique and not available in other countries or among SMEs in Denmark today. In other words, there is a real opportunity to show small and medium-sized enterprises the way to a more efficient business within the circular economy. At the same time, scaling up to more companies can give this project a unique competitive advantage for Danish manufacturers of export products. The development of these new modular models, based on the natural progression of companies, enhances the competitiveness of individual Danish SMEs. After CfM’s five-day workshop, it allows SMEs to quickly move forward in an agile manner.
